We bought a two-class package because we wanted to try spinning in Netherlands. We had our first lesson in Rotterdam and the aircon wasn’t working there. They also had the Stages bikes with the fitloc lever for height adjustment instead of knob. Found the ones here more easy to adjust. The pacing of lesson and music were very enjoyable.

In love! I visited while in vacation in Amsterdam and my only complaint is that I really wish they had a studio like this were I live (Tulum, Mexico). The music and the instructor was really motivating, the space was really clean and the staff attentive. I will be visiting them again when in Amsterdam in the future.
One of the best spinning studio’s in Amsterdam. They have multiple locations to choose from but this one has the largest indoor space. You will de-attach yourself from the outside world for 45 minutes and enjoy the ride. It’s a unique experience to try, soon you will become addicted! If you don’t like going to gym but want to exercise and have fun this is the place to be.
My go to spin studio whenever I’m in Amsterdam , their bikes are perfect and I love the fact that class is in English .. it’s the perfect workout just show up !

I am 155 spin classes in. Great atmosphere. I have to say if you are a beginner...the whole thing can feel intimidating and maybe not explained in the best way...but once you get the hang of it...one of the best and most fun workouts. Also …
Great studio! Friendly staffs, clean and nice atmosphere. About the instructors, all of them are really fun and warm! I personally love love the energy of Larissa and Tiela! Also, the spin is tough too!! Enough to get your leg jelly while having so much fun!
Really disappointed,. Came to the class at 6.58 and the employee closed the door in front of my face and said I was too late. Not friendly and bad service.
Great workout and great instructors! Really enjoyed taking their class here and the studio is very clean too
